What are credits and what does each thing cost?

Credits are the unit you pay with for edits and videos. A standard photo edit costs 1 credit, more demanding actions cost more. The app shows you the exact number before you start.

Do I pay for a result that fails?

No. If an edit or a video can't be created, the credits are returned automatically.

Do I have to label edited photos in a listing?

It depends on what the edit changes. If you only improve the quality of the photo, such as the light, the perspective or the sky, you don't need to label it. But if the edit changes the character of the room, for example by furnishing it or showing it after a renovation, label the photo as a visualisation so buyers know what they'll see at the viewing. In Stagendo you add the label to the photo in one click when you download it.

Can the whole office use the account?

Yes. On the Studio and Office plans you invite colleagues, you share credits and the portfolio, and the account owner manages the subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, in subscription management. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period.

Where are my photos stored?

In a data centre in Frankfurt, accessible only to your account. How long we keep them depends on your plan.
